For international Ph.D. students

(1) Tuition waiver for 2 years.

(2) A monthly stipend of NT$ 20,000 for 1 year.

(3) The mentors of Ph.D. students will provide the monthly stipend starting from the 2nd year.

(4) Outstanding Ph.D. students can compete for the Elite PhD Scholarship up to NT$44,000 per month for four years.

(5) President Scholarship is also available for Exceptional Ph.D. students.

For international master students

(1) Tuition waiver for 1 year.

(2) Best qualified students only: A monthly stipend of NT$ 10,000 for 1 year.

(3) President Scholarship is also available for Exceptional Master students.

• For Full-time international students who have completed 1 semester of study at CMU can compete for a scholarship of NT$10,000-50,000 every semester.
