TPCU is located on the Guandu Plain at the foot of Datun Mountain. The school, picturesque as it appears, harbors a panoramic view of Taipei's magnificent scenery, including attractions such as Taipei 101, the Mount Guanyin, and the Tamsui River. Surrounded by mountains and rivers, TPCU has made itself a distinguished university with the aim of cultivating elites. It has also become the ideal university for students because of its academic excellence.
TPCU contains three colleges: the College of Engineering, the College of Business and Management, and the College of Human Ecology. The academic programs of the school include master degree programs, four-year and two-year undergraduate programs, five-year and two-year junior college programs, and the programs of the Night Division for Continuing Education.
