As the Center for Taiwan Higher Education in Surabaya, TECSID provides information on preparation for college registration and for the departure of new students from Indonesia who are accepted at universities in Taiwan. We convey this information in the New Student Orientation Fall Semester 2022. We invite new students from S1, S2 and S3 to provide a briefing on what things need to be prepared before their departure to Taiwan.

The initial information that we convey includes:

• The preparation of documents, starting from what files need to be legalized by TETO.
• Preparation for making a Visa 
• Preparation for the quarantine process.

Until this orientation was held, Taiwan was still implementing a 3+4 day quarantine for tourists coming from abroad, including students from Indonesia.

In addition to providing information to prospective students, we also formed a WhatsApp group which aims to gather new students to get to know each other and help them update their departure information to Taiwan.

We hope all students can prepare for all their needs before taking their education in Taiwan.
