Currently, universities in Taiwan require prospective students who are going to take Chinese-taught class to have a TOCFL certificate. In addition, for Visa registration, it is also mandatory to include a TOCFL certificate.

TECSID always tries to help prospective students who will continue their education in Taiwan. Therefore, TECSID holds TOCFL twice a year.
On May 21, 2022, TECSID held a TOCFL at the Language and Multicultural Center, Universitas Airlangga Surabaya. As a step to spread Traditional Mandarin, TECSID continues to support the running of Traditional Mandarin activities, especially in Surabaya and its surroundings. This TOCFL was attended by 45 students from Surabaya and surrounding areas.
